    Demonstrated knowledge and skills in hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment; basic understanding of types of lubricants and application of each.

    Read technical diagrams and schematics.

    Operate mobile equipment (forklift, Lull, etc.)

    Successful completion of training as required by Supervisor and specified by Enviva.

    Additional related duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Required Qualifications

    At least 2 years' experience in parts, inventory, logistics or manufacturing environment.

    Strong verbal and written skills.

    Responsibilities

    Approach all work order planning with the understanding that safety is the #1 priority.

    Develop detailed job plans including the labor (type & quantity), materials, tools and work procedures for repairs, alterations and preventative maintenance

    Receiving, reviewing and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all requests for plant work and then going out into the plant and planning the work.

    Determining and arranging for materials, parts and special tools or equipment required to perform work order scope and making sure they are available before scheduling the work.

    Coordinating maintenance planning activities and reviewing work orders with the appropriate personnel to assure safety and mutual agreement and understanding, arranging for LOTO.

    Serve as site subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 (EAM/CMMS)

    Operations, maintaining liaison among departments to coordinate maintenance planning activities.

    Compile data and generate required reports for monitoring personnel and department performance against established goals.

    Provides fast response for support to plant operations as needed.

    Maintain equipment manuals, BOMs for equipment, and job plan database.

    Monitor non-scheduled work for possible corrective actions through PM or routine inspections.

    Maintain and audit Preventive Maintenance work orders

    Lead the planning, scheduling, communication and optimization of down days and non-down days activities.

    Required Qualifications

    Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance-related applications.

    High School Diploma or GED

    In-depth knowledge of station systems and processes in both operations and maintenance areas.

    Must thoroughly understand process controls and computer systems, including hardware and software.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills (oral and written) are required, in addition to sound motivational, teamwork and leadership qualities.



    Preferred Qualifications - What Will Set Them Apart

    An Associate degree in Engineering with four (4) years of relevant experience is desired.

    Prior experience in a similar role.

    Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 scheduling software

    Adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure and temperatures of machine, amount, dimensions and flow of materials and ingredients.

    Monitor machine operations and observes indicator lights and gauges, such as thermometers, voltage meters and timers to detect malfunctions.

    Perform/coordinate maintenance on equipment per job instructions.

    Perform/coordinate housekeeping to required standard.

    Maintain consistent production quality to required standard.

    Follow all workplace and job safety procedures.

    Complete accurate reporting as required.

    Communicate operational information as required.

    Enter maintenance work requests as applicable.

    Escalate issues promptly for proper resolution.

    Job Purpose

    Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    The CBM Technician will serve as a Mechanical / Electrical equipment data collector for Condition-Based Monitoring Technologies, including infrared thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound and vibration technologies as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Using CMMS, workflow practices, predictive methodology and root cause analysis this position will support all pellet operation facility equipment uptime. The CBM Technician will assist the Maintenance Coordinator and/or Lubrication Technician, as needed.



    Responsibilities

    Work safely, following OSHA and Enviva standards and Work Practices.

    Collect ultrasound and infrared data as directed by work order system and/or maintenance supervision.

    Analyze data and make corrective recommendations, if possible.

    Create reports to communicate results.

    Submit reports to Regional Reliability Engineer and appropriate plant personnel.

    Communicate priorities to plant Area and Maintenance Managers.

    Create work requests for identified issues.

    Complete work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.

    Perform all additional duties as assigned.

    Must be willing to complete training as required by Supervisor and specified by Enviva.

    Required Qualifications

    Must be safety conscious.

    Mechanical Technician with at least 4 years of job-related experience.

    Two (2) -three (3) years manufacturing experience.

    Demonstrated ability in using hand tools and power tools as required.

    Mechanical knowledge base with typical plant and building equipment such as conveyors, fans, Gear Boxes, Trunnions, and Motors

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Experience with condition monitoring and precision maintenance technologies is a plus, i.e., ultrasonic, laser alignment, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and multi-channel acquisition (vibration) systems.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Must possess basic computer skills.

    Responsibilities

    Load and unload bundles from trucks using portal crane.

    Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms and lifting accessories to prevent malfunctions and damage.

    Move levers (with both hands), depress foot petals (with both feet) and turn dials to operate crane, or other moving equipment for lifting, moving and placing loads.

    Monitor logs being fed into the debarker drum and notify chipper operator of any problems (i.e. hung up logs, jams, etc.).

    Escalate visual issues and remove eject in-feed logs for embedded rocks or other saw damaging debris.

    Lubricate crane parts in adherence with manufacturer and company recommendations.

    Maintain contact with Area Mill Manager and coworkers.

    General housekeeping during down time to include shoveling, sweeping and hosing to clean area.

    Required Qualifications

    Complete understanding of log loading/handling equipment to include but not limited to the Wagner (one-bite) log loader, Volvo wheel loader, crane, chipper and on site forklifts.

    Working knowledge of the log yards layout, proper log sorting, log grading, green chain, and lumber package storage.

    At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    At least 1 year experience in operating earth-moving, crane, or other heavy equipment, moving material, loading or unloading equipment.

    Strong verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees in wastewater, grounds, and chemical support.
    - Manages preventative maintenance program to maintain site wastewater, grounds, and chemical support in a proper and safe working condition.
    - Oversees scheduling of the WWTP operators. Directly supervises staff of WWTP on all shifts. This involves safety and process training, skill development, process oversight, discipline and monitoring interpersonal relations between the operators.
    - Design, coordinate, implement and optimize plant preventative maintenance programs as it relates to the wastewater, grounds, and chemical support systems through use of the computerized maintenance management system (SAP).

    - Oversee the day-to-day task requirements for the Demopolis facility for the following regulatory programs and processes.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
    -Will conduct an initial and hourly quality walk through of work area determined by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will thread fiberglass (Raw Glass) by hand from creel around tension whorl through eyelets until it exits the creel and tie off glass by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will thread glass ends by hand through vat eyelets in correct sequence through the dies to carrier bar by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will carry yarn ends by hand to the winder area and wrap glass around winders to be wound on to cores by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will start packages using start up procedures by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will perform walk through inspection of line on the hour by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will maintain creel by loading/unloading and splicing raw glass with splicer as needed by reading and performing written instructions.

    SME in the use of the Leary gluing and inspection system. Leary IQ experience preferred.
    Able to oversee machine make-ready to set it up to run production. Directs make-ready, pre-fold, glue system, final fold, delivery, stacker, bar code reader, pack station and inspection system.
    Able to train operators to become proficient in Gluer and Leary Make-Readies. Also able to train operators in basic troubleshooting.
    Assist the Quality Manager in developing improved Quality Standards (Copy checks, gluing and gluing detections checks, case label, line clearance, case pack) are being met.
    Monitors machine efficiencies & speeds to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments.
    Assists with monitoring setting up bar code scanners, glue detectors, jam sensors kick and ejection systems.
    Able to trouble shoot and adjust necessary to ensure quality and conformity of package material.
    Effectively communicates with management.
    Assists in training new employees and operators on machines.
    Able to work under minimal supervision.
    Performs other job duties as assigned.

    Summary:

    The operator will be familiarized with all mechanical functions of gluing machines. The operator will also be familiarized with all mechanical functions of various styles of folding paper boxes and trays. In addition, the operator must be able to recognize faulty boxes, such as not cut or creased properly, printing is not in registration, printing is not clean and sharp, and not folded or glued properly. Finally, the operator must be able to maintain the basic operation of the above equipment. The operator must master the above as well as learn to completely make ready and place into the operation, all cutting, printing, and gluing machines. Any other duties as assigned by management.



    Job Duties:

    Understanding of setting up some make readies and operate some of the folder/gluer and Leary Glue and Detection system.

    Assists press operators as needed at delivery end of press.
    Assists the small machine operators in the rewind area.

    The Machinist is responsible for operating turning equipment and basic machine tools. Machinists are also responsible for the layout and equipment set-up according to engineering drawings. work instructions and standards.

    In addition, there is an hourly shift differential of $.75 for all employees working the 2nd shift.

    Hours of operation are:
    Monday – Friday
    7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (1st shift)
    3:30 p.m. – midnight (2nd shift)

    In-Class Requirements:
    - Entry-level D class welder to start FCAW on carbon steel non-pressure welding only, working his or her way to nozzle and spot radiography pressure-retaining welds.
    During the probationary period, the welder shall pass the SHECO welder qualification PL-1 standard (2G carbon steel 7018).
    - Once he or she has demonstrated proficiency in FCAW welding carbon steel non-pressure welds,
    nozzle welds, and spot radiography pressure-retaining welds, he or she may take the SHECO
    PL-3 qualification test (2G 309L SMAW).
    - Upon acceptable PL-3 weld test results, he or she may begin SMAW/FCAW welding low-grade
    stainless steel (304L) non-pressure, nozzle, and pressure-retaining spot radiography welds.
    - Upon demonstrating the ability to proficiently weld stainless steel, he or she may weld 100%
    radiography joints in carbon steel followed by welding 100% radiography joints in stainless steel.
    - Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    In-class Testing Requirements:
    • Must pass SHECO welder qualification test PL-1standard (2G Carbon Steel 7018).
    • Must pass SHECO welder qualification test PL-3 standard (2G Carbon Steel 309L SMAW).
