    Is able to move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
    Follows energy management guidelines regarding lights and thermostat settings in guest
    rooms.
    Has a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.

    Thorough training in service, continues to practice skills learned.
    Practices safety standards at all times.
    Adheres to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including
    but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Registers guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.

    3. Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit card, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
    4. Understands room’s status and room status tracking.
    5. Knows and explains room locations, types of rooms available and room rates.
