FANGINEERS play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days. FANGINEERS serve as goodwill ambassadors to ticket holders and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANGINEERS also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Directors, and Athletic Department personnel.
Hours: Average 8-10 hours per game, all 7 home football games (additional opportunities throughout the year and game-week will also be available)
FANgineer™ responsibilities require a high level of service and attentiveness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Perform G.O.L.D. customer service for all guests, fans, and department staff
• Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality office and athletics department
• Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
• Monitor entry gates, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
• Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor
• Perform all pre, during, and post-game duties associated to suites and clubs (i.e., trash removal, facility monitoring, food & beverage needs, ticket scanning, elevator operations, etc.
• During the game, serve as the main point of contact for all premium guests in your assigned area.

What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities)
- Deliver a great breakfast experience by preparing and setting up food items following IHG brand standards.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness, following all Alabama Health Department guidelines.
- Greet guests warmly, assist them with any requests, and make them feel at home.
- Check in with guests during their visit to ensure they’re satisfied and enjoying their meal.
- Manage menu items and supply needs, including placing food and paper-goods orders as needed.
- Keep the breakfast area clean and organized before, during, and after service to ensure a pleasant dining environment.
- Break down and reset the kitchen and dining area once breakfast has concluded.
- Report maintenance or equipment concerns promptly to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the team by completing any additional duties assigned by the General Manager.

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Level 1 performs daily maintenance required to turn units, daily work orders and monthly preventative maintenance at the request of Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
Working knowledge in all apartment maintenance” plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning/repair, drywall repair, carpentry, glass repair, appliances, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and concrete/tile.
Perform work orders in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance to all units.
Supervise and train maintenance assistants, coaching efficient turnover times.
Work with the property manager to ensure vendors are performing services timely.
Verify room readiness-availability to rent out.

Accept on-call responsibilities to assist with tenant emergencies.
Keep maintenance shop and other areas OSHA compliant.
Have appropriate tools and equipment for daily tasks.
Have knowledge of the lock out, tag out system.

Qualifications:
Professionally certified in one of the following: HVAC, pluming, electric.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a maintenance engineer.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

JOB SUMMARY
The Restaurant Server will oversee the day to day operation of first class customer service and food service in the restaurant. The incumbent will be responsible for properly receiving food orders and conveying food orders to cook staff.
