    General Summary

    Operate a dozer to excavate, perform rough grading, load materials and clean up in a variety of heavy construction operations. Work cooperatively with the crew to accomplish tasks Maintain tools and equipment so that they are kept in good working order and are safe for use; Participate in training and other forms of development to strengthen technical, safety and other skills.     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good communication skills to coordinate work flow with other crew members.
    Required Education, Training and Experience: Must have at least 2 years previous experience operating a dozer (depending upon level of operator) High school diploma or equivalent (GED) strongly preferred. Valid appropriate state driver’s license (general operator license) required; OSHA 10 Certification is preferred.

    Work Environment: Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue and to effectively jump, sprint orthrow an object. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. Noise level is generally loud.

    Experience Levels:

    Class C Operator - operator with 2-4 years dozer operation experience; may perform operations such as rough grading, basic clean up, etc.

    Class B Operator - operator with 5-8 years dozer operation experience; may perform more complex operations such as sub-grading and rough-in in addition to rough grading, basic clean up, etc.

    Class A Operator - operator with 8+ years dozer operation experience; may perform very complex operations such as blue top, work on slopes, finish product grading, rough-in & finish in addition to rough grading, basic clean up, etc. This level is typically viewed as a production operator and will be able to understand grades

    3. Performs and documents quality control according to established policy.


    B. CHEMISTRY:

    1. Can perform tests and interpret results of tests completed on all chemistry analyzers.

    3. Performs and documents daily quality control and temperature checks.

    4. Knows the Blood Bank policies for storage requirements, identification, and release of blood products as well as the procedure for emergency release of blood products.

    5. Knows how to use and maintain the plasma thawer.

    6. Maintains an adequate supply of blood products and reagents.

    7. Properly orders and returns blood products per lab policy.

    8. Follows proper procedure and policy when attaching and removing Blood Bank wristbands

    Provide support services, home visits, brief individual counseling, group counseling and follow-up
    services for targeted students and families.

    This is field contact and general duty law enforcement work, after successful completion of

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking multiple Poultry Processing Workers for both day and evening shift. Processing workers are responsible for ensuring wholesome poultry products are being produced in a safe and efficient manner. Shift hours/days will vary by department

    Duties:
    Comply with all company policies and procedures with regards to safety, quality, and all plant specific procedures and rules
    Inspect all product for defects; both naturally and unnaturally occurring
    Work at a safe pace necessary to maintain efficient production at all times
    Kow and understand specifications/requirements for each product
    Safely work with and around knives, scissors, and other equipment
    Be familiar with and maintain compliance with all applicable departmental and facility job hazard analysis (JHA) and job safety analysis (JSA)
    Be familiar with and maintain compliance of all food safety, HACCAP, and OSHA regulations
    Work well with a team and independently
    Must be available to wok overtime when necessary to meet production needs
    Physical Demands:
    Must be able to move (bend, stoop, climb stairs) within the department
    Must be able to stand up to 100% of the scheduled shift
    Demands include but not limited to gripping, lifting, cutting, and repetitive use of hands
    Ability to properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the company and job specific JHA
    Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50lbs




    Ability to work in extreme cold or hot temperatures
