Position Summary:
FOCUS 50+ is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Accountant/Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
This position will work under the general direction of the Executive Director and will play an important role in maintaining the organization’s financial records, supporting grant compliance, assisting with budgeting and reporting, and ensuring the organization’s financial operations are handled accurately and efficiently.
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and maintaining accurate payment records.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll and human resources-related financial support.
• Prepare and process monthly invoices.
• Record, track, and monitor grant-related financial transactions and expenditures.
• Prepare monthly financial reports at both the organizational and program levels.
• Assist with annual and program budgeting, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Monitor cash flow, account balances, and financial activity.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial information and documentation needed for tax filings and year-end financial audits.
• Assist the Executive Director with other accounting and financial management duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, donor, and organizational information.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Nonprofit accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Level 1 performs daily maintenance required to turn units, daily work orders and monthly preventative maintenance at the request of Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
Working knowledge in all apartment maintenance” plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning/repair, drywall repair, carpentry, glass repair, appliances, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and concrete/tile.

• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of bus and complete Daily Vehicle Inspection Report.

Summary of Duties:

The position is responsible for the delivery of social service programs to eligible individuals and families in the specific county during the funding period for utility assistance programs. The position is responsible to assure that all program guidelines related to client intake and eligibility are met. The programs consist of, but are not limited to: Meals on Wheels, Crisis Intervention, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Weatherization, ABC Trust, referrals and follow-ups. Responsible for one-on-one counseling and identifying needs of the customer. This is a permanent, part-time, position.

Sets up tray line and assembles trays for meal service in a timely manner with attention to diet orders, select menus, food and beverage preferences, eye appeal, and food quality while keeping talk to a minimum during assembly. Follows correct policy and procedure for storing, labeling and using leftovers.
Delivers meals to hospital patients using 2 patient identifiers, a friendly tone to voice, a smile and asks the patient if they need anything else, are they enjoying their food, etc. Communicates problems or physical needs to nursing staff and food complaints to food service management.
Prepares dirty trays, plates, glasses, silverware etc for dishwashing, operates dish machine correctly, check and records water temps/takes corrective action as appropriate, keeps machine clean/polished and well maintained. Uses correct ware washing p&p (air drying, glove use, cleaning up water spills) for safety of self and others. Stores clean dishes and utensils correctly.
Takes pride in keeping the kitchen and equipment clean, sanitized and polished as per policy and uses chemicals safely. Makes use of any “down time” to assure all areas are clean- including utility carts and does not mind helping others when their tasks are completed. Keeps chemical room organized and pathway to fire equipment clear.

Ultrasound Technician/Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Must be registry eligible by the ARDMS. Should obtain certification as RDMS and RVT (RVS) within 24-months of eligibility. New hire registered sonographers must be RDMS and RVT (RVS) within 12 months of hire date.



RDMS – must have current ultrasound registration by the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers). Should obtain RVT (RVS) certification within 24-months of eligibility.

JOB SUMMARY
The Restaurant Server will oversee the day to day operation of first class customer service and food service in the restaurant. The incumbent will be responsible for properly receiving food orders and conveying food orders to cook staff.
