Qualifications: Required Education and Experience:
? At a minimum, possession of a high school diploma or general education diploma (G.E.D.), AND documented enrollment in a CDA credential program or associate or bachelor degree program in child development or early childhood education to be completed within two years of date of hire.

Preferred Education and Experience:
? Possession of a CDA credential or a state-awarded certificate that meets or exceeds the requirements for a CDA credential, are enrolled in a program that will lead to an associate or baccalaureate degree or, are enrolled in a CDA credential program to be completed within two years of the time of hire.

SUMMARY

2. Self-motivated, maintaining skills, and providing clerical support to the nursing department including preparing and maintaining accurate client records, transcribing physician orders, and documenting pertinent data and accurately and neatly while safeguarding confidential information.

4. Keeping the dietary department informed of the patient’s name, room number, and diet type. Also, of any changes, admissions, or discharges that may occur during their shift.

1. Responsible for attending staff meetings as evidenced by 70% attendance to ensure that necessary information is received.
2. Attends in-services and mandatory meetings.
3. Adheres to the dress code, attendance, and all other company policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills. Adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
3. One year experience as PCT/CNA and one-year clerical experience preferred.

• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of bus and complete Daily Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Conduct post-trip inspections for children or other items left on board, or vehicle problems, at the conclusion of every trip.
