? Lay out, position, and align truck body components using work orders.

? Using a wire-feed welder, join components ensuring quality weld

? Floor Prep – Cut floor to proper spec, use overhead crane to transfer floor to flip table, use over head
crane to position frame on top of floor. Line frame up with floor and weld.
? Frame assembly – position runners in jig and square, position cross members onto runners and tack in
position, attach latch and controls. Use over head crane to move when complete
? Side Hanging - Using jib crane, move side into place; position side onto cross member, measure,
clamp, square and weld
? Inside weld out - Ensure all gaps are closed by fitting parts and welding together; weld around edge of
floors to sides and front gate
? Front gate placement – Use jib crane to position front gate between sides, clamp, tack and weld into
place
? Cab Shield Hanging-Using jib crane, position cab shield onto body; measure to ensure proper fit, set
tact in place; install cab shield gussets and weld.
? Tailgate Hanging - Using jib crane, position tailgate onto body; measure to ensure proper fit, clamp,
weld hinge and plates into position
? Side Tack-Up - Tack weld parts onto body sides; measure to determine proper alignment. Use over
head crane to remove from table
? Side Weld-Out - Weld parts that have been tacked. Weld appearance is very important.
? Hoist well installation - position top mount and hoist well sides into position; tack weld parts to front
gate and floor according to order specifications; measure to ensure proper fit; weld assembly
? Tailgate Tack-Up - Starting with basic tailgate, tack weld parts according to order specifications;
measure to ensure proper fit;
? Tailgate Weld-Out - Using jib boom, move tacked tailgate onto fixture. Complete welds. Weld
appearance is very important. Move completed tailgate onto roller bed.
? Latching tailgate and Dump Apron Installation-Install latches per order specifications; latch to order
specifications: Install dump apron to order specifications and weld.
Qualifications:
Educational: High school diploma or (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Familiarity with welding process preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate MIG welder, with or without training.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to operate equipment, with or without training; ability to read and interpret a tape measure, ability to understand measurements and angles, and read and interpret orders.

Summary/objective
The On-Premise Sales Support is a key member of the On-Premise team responsible for providing relief coverage for route vacancies due to vacations, holidays, personal days, etc. This position is responsible for performing specific sales activities of assigned route - This includes but is not limited to sales, merchandising of products, rotation, sanitation, cleanliness and overall appearance of machines, vending area, and vehicle.

Beaming/Weaving Utility Helper

JOB SUMMARY: The S2 Beaming/Weaving Utility Helper position aids in the replacement of warp beams, size checks and the correct entry of production information into the computer system. Duties also include aiding the tie-in as needed. Will aid in the delivery of in-process materials needed for manufacturing operations also documenting and placing materials into inventory for later use. Management may assign additional duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Will deliver and stage warp yarn as needed and deliver empty pallets to the pallet staging area. Will retag yarn and deliver retags from weaving. Will deliver cores NS full core boxes from the 5S location to the Core Cutter. Will make movements with cardboard, dividers, and empty boxes from the beaming area. Will download the scanner and the end of shift transaction report daily. Will review the replenishing signals, e-mails, and complete the hour-by-hour report by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform daily forklift inspections prior to beginning forklift operations and replace the gas tank on the forklift as needed. Changeover Assistant Duties - Will pull empty warps, replace and start up full warps by reading and performing written instructions. Will aid tie-in personnel in duties as documented by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform hour-by-hour duties by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform end of shift duties as documented by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform cleaning task on looms in between warp changes. Will perform Leasing tasks on warps.
NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: May perform 5S tasks as needed. May repair warp and filler breaks in yarn. May start loom and inspect woven cloth to detect defects. Participates physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.

The S2 Line Tender I duties are to run a yarn coating line consisting of loading and unloading creels, putting up ends, maintaining and the correct sequence for threading of fiberglass through ends, dies, and carrier bars. This position also requires you to startup yarn on take-up machines, remove packages, perform operational inspections and complete required documentation and paperwork. Management may assign additional duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Will conduct an initial and hourly quality walk through of work area determined by reading and performing written instructions.
-Will thread fiberglass (Raw Glass) by hand from creel around tension whorl through eyelets until it exits the creel and tie off glass by reading and performing written instructions.
-Will thread glass ends by hand through vat eyelets in correct sequence through the dies to carrier bar by reading and performing written instructions.
-Will carry yarn ends by hand to the winder area and wrap glass around winders to be wound on to cores by reading and performing written instructions.

- Develops and maintains close loops systems and procedures for all department activity.

SUPERVISORY CHAIN:
This position reports to the Shop Foreman: supervises multiple direct reporting employees in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience: Graduation from high school or GED, valid driver’s license. Four years experience with industrial sheet metal fabrication or electrical assembly systems desirable.
