• Assist with new facility construction to promote improvement

• Competent and safe use of maintenance equipment, including but not limited to: Drills, circular saw, small tools (hammer, screwdriver, pliers and similar, with the skill to be able to apply this to perform general artisan activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance of the activities related to their area of responsibility according to the corresponding procedures and standard work instructions sheets.
• Must be able to walk/move around the warehouse floor 100% of shift.

Purpose:

Material Handler position.

Description
NATURE OF WORK: Responsible for stocking the various stations on the assembly line
with the materials and parts necessary to assemble automobile seats, preparing empty
pallets and returnable packaging for shipping, and understanding and meeting production
needs through frequent communication and time management under minimal
supervision.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED (The following duties are typical for this classification.

- Moves materials using an industrial truck (forklift, tugger, pallet jack, etc.).

Requirements:
Operate machines to clean, cut, process, and package fresh fish.
Pack product in boxes for storage and shipment.
Check product and packaging for quality issues.
Bag and freeze product.
Make sure machinery is set up properly.
Various other tasks including moving fish in and out of processing Departments.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Summary:
The operator will be familiarized with all mechanical functions of all cutting, printing, and gluing machines. The operator will also be familiarized with all mechanical functions of various styles of folding paper boxes and trays. In addition, the operator must be able to recognize faulty boxes, such as not cut or creased properly, printing is not in registration, printing is not clean and sharp, and not folded or glued properly. Finally, the operator must be able to maintain the basic operation of the above equipment. The operator must master the
above as well as learn to completely make ready and place into the operation, all cutting, printing, and gluing machines. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma, GED

Essential Knowledge: Knowledge in understanding job jackets, pallet tickets, be proficient in the set – up, operation and troubleshooting of the Leary system. Set up and run a folder / gluer.

Summary
As the Finishing Lead, you will be responsible for safely managing all aspects of the gluing department’s performance including
productivity, quality, and preventative maintenance.
Essential Functions:

- Sets up bar code scanners, glue detectors, jam sensors kick and ejection systems.
- Able to trouble shoot and make adjustments necessary to ensure quality and conformity of package material.
- Records and maintains Daily Management System reports at the end of shift

The Weaving Support Fixer position is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment used to support a battery of looms designed to weave yarn into cloth. Management may assign additional duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Will set up, adjust, and repair looms to weave cloth of specified quality and design using knowledge of loom functions, weaving diagrams and manuals by reading and performing written instructions

JOB SUMMARY:  
The S2 Line Tender I duties are to run a yarn coating line consisting of loading and unloading creels, putting up ends, maintaining and the correct sequence for threading of fiberglass through ends, dies, and carrier bars.  This position also requires you to startup yarn on take-up machines, remove packages, perform operational inspections and complete required documentation and paperwork.  Management may assign additional duties.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
-Will conduct an initial and hourly quality walk through of work area determined by reading and performing written instructions.  
-Will thread fiberglass (Raw Glass) by hand from creel around tension whorl through eyelets until it exits the creel and tie off glass by reading and performing written instructions.  
-Will thread glass ends by hand through vat eyelets in correct sequence through the dies to carrier bar by reading and performing written instructions.  
-Will carry yarn ends by hand to the winder area and wrap glass around winders to be wound on to cores by reading and performing written instructions.

-Will perform walk through inspection of line on the hour by reading and performing written instructions.  
-Will maintain creel by loading/unloading and splicing raw glass with splicer as needed by reading and performing written instructions.

In-Class Requirements:
- Entry-level D class welder to start FCAW on carbon steel non-pressure welding only, working his or her way to nozzle and spot radiography pressure-retaining welds.
During the probationary period, the welder shall pass the SHECO welder qualification PL-1 standard (2G carbon steel 7018).
- Once he or she has demonstrated proficiency in FCAW welding carbon steel non-pressure welds,
nozzle welds, and spot radiography pressure-retaining welds, he or she may take the SHECO
PL-3 qualification test (2G 309L SMAW).
- Upon acceptable PL-3 weld test results, he or she may begin SMAW/FCAW welding low-grade
stainless steel (304L) non-pressure, nozzle, and pressure-retaining spot radiography welds.
- Upon demonstrating the ability to proficiently weld stainless steel, he or she may weld 100%
radiography joints in carbon steel followed by welding 100% radiography joints in stainless steel.

JOB SUMMARY: The S2 Beaming/Weaving Utility Helper position aids in the replacement of warp beams, size checks and the correct entry of production information into the computer system. Duties also include aiding the tie-in as needed. Will aid in the delivery of in-process materials needed for manufacturing operations also documenting and placing materials into inventory for later use. Management may assign additional duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Will deliver and stage warp yarn as needed and deliver empty pallets to the pallet staging area. Will retag yarn and deliver retags from weaving. Will deliver cores NS full core boxes from the 5S location to the Core Cutter. Will make movements with cardboard, dividers, and empty boxes from the beaming area. Will download the scanner and the end of shift transaction report daily. Will review the replenishing signals, e-mails, and complete the hour-by-hour report by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform daily forklift inspections prior to beginning forklift operations and replace the gas tank on the forklift as needed. Changeover Assistant Duties - Will pull empty warps, replace and start up full warps by reading and performing written instructions. Will aid tie-in personnel in duties as documented by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform hour-by-hour duties by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform end of shift duties as documented by reading and performing written instructions. Will perform cleaning task on looms in between warp changes. Will perform Leasing tasks on warps.

NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: May perform 5S tasks as needed. May repair warp and filler breaks in yarn. May start loom and inspect woven cloth to detect defects. May notify Loom Fixer (S2) of mechanical defects. May replace defective warp yarn, repair incorrect threading of looms and monitor looms to insure that fabric and fill yarn conforms to work order. May be required to work-over to complete job requirements. May be required to unload trucks and stack material.

SPECIAL DEMANDS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Must perform all duties in a safe manner. Must perform other departmental duties as assigned by management. Must handle and move material without damage. Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32 on an inch. Must be able to work overtime as scheduled or required.
