Summary
The purpose of this classification is to perform technical and mechanical work associated with installation, repair, and maintenance at the water treatment plants, water resource recovery facility (WRRF), wastewater lift stations, lakes, water booster pump stations, water tanks, and related systems and equipment.

Must obtain a valid Grade II Water Operator certification, a Grade II Wastewater Operator certification, or a Grade I (C) Public Wastewater Collection Systems Operator certification within twelve (12) months of employment.

Essential Functions
The following duties are normal for this classification. Utilizes and maintains computerized maintenance management software program (Lucity); writes work orders for repairs and preventive maintenance tasks; monitors status of work orders; manages computerized parts inventories; tracks computer data pertaining to purchases, equipment histories, equipment costs, parts vendors, labor use, and other activities.

Performs maintenance and repair of plant facilities and process equipment; monitors and inspects equipment at remote plant facilities to evaluate operating conditions and ensure safety, maintenance, and proper process operations; diagnoses, maintains, and performs mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance on equipment, pumps, engines, motor, generators, and/or valves.

Troubleshoots mechanical and electrical problems; dismantles, repairs, and reassembles electric motors; re-wires electrical panels; replaces parts; repacks pumps; performs welding/fabrication tasks associated with equipment repairs; performs preventive maintenance tasks.

Installs/upgrades mechanical and electrical equipment; installs related controls, conduits, and plumbing lines.

Calibrates, troubleshoots, and/or programs PLCs, flow meters, pressure devices, and collectors.

Tests machinery, equipment and parts for proper operations; reports problem situations or refers problems to appropriate personnel; sends malfunctioning machinery to appropriate repair shops.

Operates various machinery, equipment, and tools associated with work activities, which may include a service truck, forklift, generator, air compressor, motors, pumps, blowers, valves, drill press, grinder, welder, torch, pipe saw, band saw, mechanic tools, electrician tools, plumbing tools, carpentry tools, and diagnostic instruments.

Performs general/preventive maintenance tasks necessary to keep vehicles, equipment, and tools in operable condition, which may include inspecting equipment, refueling vehicles, checking/replacing fluids, greasing equipment, washing/cleaning equipment, or cleaning shop/work areas; monitors equipment operations to maintain efficiency and safety; reports faulty equipment.

Follows safety procedures, utilizes safety equipment, and monitors work environment to ensure safety of employees and other individuals.

Maintains inventory of replacement parts and supplies; ensures availability of adequate materials to conduct work activities; initiates requests for new/replacement materials; picks up supplies from local vendors as needed.

Coordinates work activities with sales representatives and vendor repair service providers; solicits bids and submits purchase orders for machinery/equipment repairs.

Submits required reports/documentation to appropriate individuals or agencies.

Prepares or completes various forms, reports, correspondence, logs, work orders, maintenance records, purchase requisitions, personnel forms/reports, charts, diagrams, or other documents.

Receives various forms, reports, correspondence, equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, maps, policies, procedures, manuals, reference materials, or other documentation; reviews, completes, processes, forwards or retains as appropriate.

Maintains logs, files, and records of departmental work activities and documentation.

Communicates with supervisor, employees, other departments, city officials, contractors, engineers, the public, outside agencies, and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems.

Maintains a comprehensive, current knowledge of applicable laws/regulations; reads professional literature; maintains professional affiliations; attends workshops and training sessions as appropriate.

Must be available for call-out 24 hours a day.

Must accomplish the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, in a timely manner.

Recommends policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of quality services by the Department.

Incorporates continuous quality improvement principles in day-to-day activities.

Must meet regular attendance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; preferably supplemented by vocational/technical training in electrical systems/wiring, plumbing, mechanics, and equipment maintenance; three (3) years previous experience and/or training that includes electrical systems/wiring, plumbing, mechanics, equipment maintenance, and equipment operation; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must obtain a valid Grade II Water Operator certification, a Grade II Wastewater Operator certification, or a Grade I (C) Public Wastewater Collection Systems Operator certification within twelve (12) months of employment. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. This job classification is considered to be safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug screens.

INTELLIGENCE: Requires the ability to learn and understand relatively complex mechanical, electrical, technical, and water utility-related principles and techniques, to understand departmental policies and procedures, to make independent judgments in absence of supervision, and to acquire and be able to expound on knowledge of topics related to primary occupation.

Responsible for installing rebar, setting forms for concrete, and placing concrete.
Pay $18-$28 depending on experience and work ethic. Include 401k and health insurance

No experience required. Looking for someone dependable and willing to learn. Primary responsibility will be ti operation of a concrete laser screed. Pay is $20-$35 depending on experience and work ethic. Includes 401k and health insurance.

Will be training under the superintendent to properly oversee and manage a concrete construction project. Must have construction experience.
Pay is $28-$45 an hour depending on experience and work ethic. Includes 401k and health insurance.

If you have no experience it is best to apply for carpenter position.

Help with the forming and placing of concrete

Pay Range: $14-$16/hr

General Laborers are responsible for various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites. They use hand tools like shovels or picks while operating machinery to help them with their work and assist crews with other necessary tasks.

At Premier Service Company or Commercial Electricians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as electrical components for Commercial Infrastructures. Some duties would include:



- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.



- Must have the ability to run MC cable in a commercial building.



- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.



- Bend and put in place conduit of all sizes, utilizing mechanical and manual conduit benders.



- Able to oversee the work of a small crew.



- Inspect and install transformers, panels, switchboards, circuit breakers and other electrical components.



- Read, understand, and follow a project schedule.



- Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.



- Follow established processes and procedures.



- Operate with safety as a priority and understand and utilize the PPE provided to you.



- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.



- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.



- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) state and local building regulations.



- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.



- Good knowledge of various test equipment.

Summary of Duties
The Sales Representative coordinates all Service sales ensuring they turn in to appointments with the Service department. This position is open for a representative for each trade to include: HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.

Summary of Duties
The Apprentice will be shadowing a Journeyman/licensed season employee for two years before they are eligible to take their journeyman test, this position will be assisting the Journeyman/licensed employee with the installation and repairs of both residential or commercial electrical, plumbing, HVAC or utilities. Summary of Duties
Assistant Project Managers with Premier Service Company will be responsible for ensuring a timely and cost-effective completion of assigned projects, by overseeing all phases of the project. This will entail working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate
equipment and materials, operate within set budgets, and monitor overall progress. Working hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may require some weekend work. This position will also be furnished with a company iPad, and a phone, reviewing drawings and specifications, making calls, etc. Assistant Project Managers will have strong verbal and written communication and must have the ability to make quick, sound decisions. The Assistant Project Manager must be highly motivated, as well as flexible, with the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. The essential job duties of this role are the following:

Review all project documents and become familiar with all scope items that relate to the project
Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all assigned jobs at all times. It is a measure to make sure all employees go home safely. This is the most important aspect of our daily work and must be enforced.
Manage time and attendance through a timekeeping system for the assigned team, including, ensuring the team is clocking in each day and on time, approving time-off requests, and approving timecards to the end of each pay period.
Manage subcontractors performing work on assigned projects, including, start times for scheduled work and quality of work performed.
Become familiar with the project through drawings, specifications, addenda, and any supplemental drawings or instructions.
Attend turnover meetings with the estimator and your foreman at the start of each project.
Acquire extra drawings from the owner or architect or have copies printed off, if needed, for assigned projects.
Prepare martial orders according to the six categories by reviewing the summary of materials for the project with the estimator. This position will be responsible for ordering materials that would be needed for the self-performed work we will carry out. Materials should be ordered through the warehouse, using the supplied material ordering software, 24 hours in advance to ensure the warehouse has adequate time to pull and deliver the order.
Prepare correspondence on a regular basis between the PSC PM and yourself. Emails concerning projects must be saved in job files.
Attend weekly safety meetings preferably on one of your projects with your foreman, or at the office. These must be documented and
turned in to the office. Will be retained in the project folder.
Coordinate with your foreman on a daily basis regarding their material needs. All materials in most cases should be routed through the warehouse.
Manage manpower in your projects. PM is responsible for the hours on each assigned project. The PM should always make sure we are keeping up with the general contractor’s project schedule and staying within our project man-hours budgeted for each project.
Attend all project meetings and provide written reports that will reflect what was discussed in these meetings and what our progress is on the project. These reports are to be sent to the PSC PM.
Responsible for pushing the submittal process. Make sure materials are getting ordered-follow up on a regular basis to make sure nothing is behind or not getting ordered. Hot items lists are important and should be ordered first.
Track progress (both labor and materials) on a monthly basis so that you can estimate your manpower needs and be able to communicate to the billing department the percentage of completion for your projects. Billing will be prepared on the percentages given. This will include taking pictures and documenting anything that has become a job constraint or safety issue and must be done at a minimum of twice a week.
Set up inspections throughout the building phases for your projects. Subcontractors are responsible for their scope of work.
Conduct temporary power inspections weekly and document using a card that is dated and initialed. Replace damaged or malfunctioning receptacles immediately OR list them as “out of order” until they can be repaired. Weekly safety meetings- must be conducted on the same day and time each week to ensure all employees know when and where these meetings will be held. Copy of the documented safety meeting must be sent to your supervisor once completed.
Ensure job sites are maintained at all times. Should be cleaned and organized at the end of each day- to include inventorying tools, locking ladders, etc.
Be available for additional duties as assigned.

General Summary

Operate an excavator (Track hoe) to site grading, excavating trenches, pull trench boxes, back fill, and load materials in a variety of heavy construction operations. Class B Operator - operator with 3-5 years excavator operation experience; may perform more complex digging operations such as work around existing utilities, finish grade, able to dig in boxes up to 10 feet, pull trench boxes familiar with benching & sloping, etc.

Class A Operator - operator with 5 years excavator operation experience; may perform very complex digging operations to include digging around existing utilities, finish grade, dig in trench boxes at all depths, blue top finish, benching, sloping, etc. This level is typically viewed as a production operator and will be able to understand grade

The underground miner trainee is required by state and federal law to be under direct supervision of an experienced, spotter-certified miner for a period of at least 45 working shifts. The miner trainee shall provide operational support as it pertains to performing various general/manual labor duties on a frequent basis as assigned. Performance of these and other associated duties in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.
Provide operational support as it pertains to performing various general/manual labor duties on frequent basis as assigned so that production goals are met. Performance of these and other associated duties shall be performed in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.

Essential Functions

- Perform various general/manual labor duties on frequent basis such as shoveling; applying rock dust; gathering and delivering supplies and materials; greasing conveyor belt rollers, tailpieces and head drives; assisting other miners in performing their duties, etc.
- Assist in moving the section, which primarily involves installing/retrieving mine conveyor belt, associated structure and devices, and moving up/pulling back the section main electrical power distribution center, battery chargers and associated electrical cables.
- Conduct all work activities under the direct supervision of an experienced, spotter-certified miner for a period of at least 45 worked shifts and remain in compliance with Federal and State coal mining laws and Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Must be able to follow specific instructions while maintaining acceptable established standards of work performance and conduct, show necessary and consistent energy, as well as acceptable mental and physical dexterity, for the satisfactory completion of the essential duties as defined.

Provide operational support as it pertains to performing specific machinist
millwright duties as well as manual labor duties on frequent basis as assigned by supervisor.

Under the guidance of a Foreman, provide support to areas of the assigned Warrior Met Coal Mine related to all maintenance related tasks, both electrical and mechanical including installing, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and installations. Also, provide support in maintaining the safety and compliance of equipment and installations. Must have MSHA Electrical Qualification as required by CFR 75.153 and 77.103.
Essential Functions:

Electrical Examinations – Conduct Daily, Weekly, and Monthly electrical examinations in order to ensure the compliance and safety of Warrior Met Coal electrical equipment and installations. Document and record that such examinations and inspections were completed.
Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance – Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of Warrior Met Coal equipment and facilities.
Electrical Installation – Install electrical components in order to support all installations and equipment in the production of coal.
Electrical Troubleshooting – Must read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and use test instruments in order to troubleshoot and repair electrical installations and equipment.

Position requires interaction with front line supervision and the hourly workforce to provide guidance and education to achieve and maintain compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws.
Work as an integral member of site management to monitor and strengthen compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws. Represent site management while accompanying Federal and/or State inspectors and initiate appropriate actions as warranted and convey the results of the inspection to management. The Industrial Engineer is a full-time employee that typically supports the day to day functions of the engineering department through various methods of continuous improvement and projects of specialized assignment. The Industrial Engineer shall provide operational support as it pertains to performing various duties on frequent basis as assigned so that goals of the mine or department are met. Performance of these and other associated duties in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.
Job Objective: Has no formal role in managing projects but through project participation, acquires project management skills as well as continuous improvement skills.

Essential Functions

Participate in the day to day operations of continuous improvement at the mine site through the oversight, supervision, and roll-out of continuous improvement initiatives through processes determined by the engineering methods and standards. Determine location, sequence and timing of project to address large performance gaps.
Facilitate the completion of mine activities by planning and supervising construction, rehabilitation, or production projects.
By way of methods such as time studies, make recommendations to mine management and frontline supervisors of evaluated data to improve production standards. Conducts diagnostics to identify opportunities while working with front-line areas to determine performance standards and reporting back through the engineering department
Other duties as assigned by management

Coordinate and supervise power distribution and communication system projects for both new installations and modifications to existing systems; provide support for these systems in the form of 24/7 emergency maintenance and troubleshooting, power quality analysis, documentation, and cost analysis.
Essential Functions (95%)

Power Distribution Project Management (50%). Plan and coordinate with contractors the construction of power lines, substations, and power feeds as needed for all surface installations. Create and/or provide all necessary documentation and operating instructions.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting (20%). Provide support for surface power distribution systems including but not limited to power lines, substations, protective relay and fuse coordination, vacuum circuit breakers, power cables, deep-well pumps, motors, bore-hole power feeds, transformers, and ventilation fans. Perform preventative maintenance including thermal imaging, power demand analysis, and power quality studies. On call 24/7.

Data and Communication Systems (15%). Provide support for surface fiber optic network, SCADA radio network, long-range wireless Ethernet, and RFID Smartcard readers. Coordinate projects for expansion of these systems as needed.

Energy Account Management (10%). Organize and maintain energy account records. Periodically review accounts to maintain optimal cost efficiency. Create annual reports of power costs and 5-year forecasts. Negotiate and review new contracts with Alabama Power Company as needed. Conduct periodic power quality studies with Alabama Power Company’s power quality group.

Additional Functions (5%)

Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head.

Develop and work as an integral member of site management to monitor and strengthen compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, Federal and State mining laws. Represent site management while accompanying Federal and/or State inspectors and initiate appropriate actions as warranted and convey the results of the inspection to management.
Investigate accidents and incidents. Conduct health and compliance surveys and sampling.
Entry level salary position in the Mine Safety Department. The applicant will be assigned as a General Inside Labor the first four (4) months of the program. At the completion of that period, the individual will be assigned to the Safety Department as a trainee to gain understand of mine safety and the responsibilities of the safety department. At the completion of the training program, the individual will be assigned as a Safety Supervisor.
Position requires interaction with front line supervision and the hourly workforce to provide guidance and education, achieving and maintaining compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, Federal and State mining laws.

The HR Analyst role performs a variety of duties as a member of the Human Resources team, providing human resources, payroll and benefits support to employees within Warrior Met Coal and externally.

Job Objective: A HR Analyst will provide efficient and customer-friendly service in all aspects of human resources and specifically in the areas of new hire onboarding, data entry, payroll and benefits. Their duties include, but are not limited to:

Input and maintain data in HCM system
Provide support to newly hired employees during Onboarding

- Operational support as it pertains to performing various general/manual labor duties on frequent basis as assigned. Performance of these and other associated duties in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.
- Perform various general/manual labor duties on frequent basis such as shoveling; applying rock dust; gathering and delivering supplies and materials; greasing conveyor belt rollers, tailpieces and head drives; assisting other miners in performing their duties, etc.
- Assist in moving the section, which primarily involves installing/retrieving mine conveyor belt, associated structure and devices, and moving up/pulling back the section main electrical power distribution center, battery chargers and associated electrical cables.
- May be required to operate mining equipment on an as needed basis.
- Conduct all work activities in compliance with Federal and State coal mining laws and Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

The Foreman’s primary purpose is to supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of all mine operations personnel.



- Provide leadership to all mining activities, ensuring work is being completed in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
- Control all allocated labor to ensure maximum availability of resources by managing absenteeism and taking corrective action where applicable.
- Coordinate resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance and availability through best business practices.
- Supervise, train, and develop assigned team members as required.
- Establish good working relationships with other departments.


Production, Efficiency and Cost Control

- Coordinate equipment usage to ensure efficient and effective achievement of operational objectives.
- Analyze equipment rates and make changes to daily operational plans as necessary, based on mining conditions.
- Ensure achievement of production targets by maintaining operational objectives.
- Ensures all administrative data for the operations is generated accurately and in a timely manner; including all equipment and personnel time sheets and log books as well as daily diaries and production reports as required.
- Ensure that all records on equipment utilization (i.e. hours, pre-start checklists and utilized hours, are recorded on a daily basis.)
- Report performance breakdowns, equipment damage, safety near misses, incidents and accidents according to established procedures.

Safe and efficient operation of the gas processing plant. Operate and maintain a natural gas processing plant. Applicant must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must also have at least basic mechanical skills, as well as an understanding of the basics of pressures and flows in pipes. More advanced knowledge/experience with pumps and compressors is highly desirable. Basic computer skills (typing, email) required.
Essential Functions (90%)

The job entails an average 42-hour work week (at minimum) with 12 hours on 12 hours off for 7 days. Then off for 7 days. Shifts rotate between day and night. Overtime is common to cover for other operators off on vacation, sick days, etc. Most of the time the operator is alone at the site. There will be a 90 day probationary period.

Operate bulldozers, loaders and other preparation equipment of varying sizes in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure equipment is clean, conduct pre-op checks before operation and report any citable conditions or performance issues with equipment.
Essential Functions (95%)

Safely and efficiently operate varying size dozers on surge piles feeding raw and clean coal feeders. (35%)
Safely and efficiently perform rough grading and spreading of prep plant coarse refuse on an engineered rock dump (35%)
Safely and efficiently run WA600 and 980 sized loaders to move material, grade roads and load trucks. Operate 40 ton haul trucks to move coarse refuse from rock bin and dump for spreading. (20%)
Performs the required pre-operation equipment safety checks and maintenance checks prior to operating the equipment. Corrects and/or reports and deficiencies found during pre-operation check and cleans equipment if necessary. (5%)

The Industrial Engineer shall provide operational support as it pertains to performing various duties on frequent basis as assigned so that goals of the mine or department are met. Performance of these and other associated duties in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.

- Participate in the day to day operations of continuous improvement at the mine site through the oversight, supervision, and roll-out of continuous improvement initiatives through processes determined by the engineering methods and standards.
