FANGINEERS play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days. FANGINEERS serve as goodwill ambassadors to ticket holders and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANGINEERS also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Directors, and Athletic Department personnel.

Hours: Average 8-10 hours per game, all 7 home football games (additional opportunities throughout the year and game-week will also be available)

FANgineer™ responsibilities require a high level of service and attentiveness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Perform G.O.L.D. customer service for all guests, fans, and department staff
• Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality office and athletics department
• Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
• Monitor entry gates, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
• Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor
• Perform all pre, during, and post-game duties associated to suites and clubs (i.e., trash removal, facility monitoring, food & beverage needs, ticket scanning, elevator operations, etc.
• During the game, serve as the main point of contact for all premium guests in your assigned area.

Be aware of any suspicious activities or persons. Report such activity immediately to your supervisor or the General Manager.
Report maintenance items to the front desk as they are observed.
Turn in keys left in guest rooms to the front desk.
Watch for message lights in checkout rooms and clear as needed.
When working inside a guest room, pull your cart in front of the door to the room, making sure that it is not blocking the hallway. If someone tries to enter the room while you are working, ask to see their key packet with room number or direct them to the front desk if they do not have it. Report any problems to the housekeeping supervisor or General Manager.
Follow all departmental rules and procedures in doing your job.
Maintain assigned equipment. Report any problems with your equipment to your supervisor or maintenance immediately.
Be aware of and follow all safety rules and use caution in doing the job.
Vacuum hallways near and around assigned guest rooms.
Ensure assigned rooms and areas are being cleaned and maintained to Wilson Hospitality and IHG standards.

JOB SUMMARY:
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the restaurant are accomplished and holding employees accountable. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Complete responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of all assigned Guest Rooms.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:
• Change all used linen daily.
• Vacuum carpets daily.

• When working inside a guest room, pull your cart in front of the door to the room, making sure that it is not blocking the hallway. If someone tries to enter the room while you are working, ask to see their key. Report any problems to your supervisor or the General Manager.
• Do not allow anyone into a room without verifying their ID and that they are the individuals renting the room.
• Follow all departmental rules and procedures in doing your job.
• Maintain assigned equipment. Empty vacuum bags, check belts, etc. Report any problems with your equipment to your supervisor or maintenance immediately.

17. Ensures Front Office Log is always updated and actioned upon.

Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as Front Office Associate in a hotel setting. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Knowledge of Opera Operating Systems. Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.

Afternoon and weekend position. Fulfill customers orders, promote products to walk-by shoppers.

• Greets all guests immediately they come in and when going.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Unit Managers manage a staff of approximately 30 hourly employees in a quick service, 24-hour restaurant with an open kitchen area.
• The setting is typically noisy and busy, and position requires a great deal of standing.
• Most Unit Managers work an average of 9-11 hours a day, 6 days on and 2 days off. In a typical day, the Unit Manager arrives at the restaurant at 6:30am, is actively involved in making and serving food for several hours, handles daily and weekly management, administrative and related tasks and then leaves at 3:00 to 4:00pm, and returns later in the evening several times a week, but not daily.
• Unit Managers are in primary charge of and are accountable for the economic success of their assigned restaurant. With the exception of days off, when Unit Managers are not in the restaurants they may be contacted at any time if there is an issue at their restaurant. Due to the nature of the business, Unit Managers
are required to work all holidays and most weekends.
• A Unit Manager reports typically directly to a District Manager.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Managing Hourly Associates:
• Identify, recruit, and interview potential hourly associates.
• Make or recommend hiring decisions and conduct or oversee initial training.
• Supervise and direct work of all hourly associates when present in restaurant or when communicating with associates from outside the workplace.
• Provide general and ongoing direction, supervision, and developmental coaching.
o Issue oral and written reprimands for inappropriate behavior.
