Our Front of House Positions range from weekly employees to just game day positions. The ideal candidates would commit to all 7 home games, mandatory paid training, have some customer service or food service knowledge and be a team driven player.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Fulfill or assist with any guest needs to serve the ultimate gameday experience including but not limited to menu and allergen questions, special request, etc.
• Ensure the setting of assigned suites, clubs and buffets completely.
• Following all Safe Serve food guidelines and maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
• Ability to work within a team and individually to complete assigned tasks by area managers and supervisors.
• Preforming basic cleaning tasks including but not limited to sanitization of buffets, prep areas and beverage stations.
• Replenish buffet items properly, safely and within a timely manner.
• Breakdown a buffet using teamwork, professionalism and time management.

The Front Desk Associate represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Customer service is the key to this position in the hospitality business and the manner used is important to both the customer and the team members. The associate must be able to perform all clerical and mechanical operations of receiving reservation information, recording it, and processing the forms and information so that rooms will be properly reserved and accurate records kept for forecasting purposes. Determines a guest’s reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guests complete registrations cards and then assigns rooms accommodating special request whenever possible. Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks, and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel. Works closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work. Maintains key logs and key storage ensuring accuracy. Must be sales-minded to ensure the highest level of room revenue. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Unit Managers manage a staff of approximately 30 hourly employees in a quick service, 24-hour restaurant with an open kitchen area.
• The setting is typically noisy and busy, and position requires a great deal of standing.
• Most Unit Managers work an average of 9-11 hours a day, 6 days on and 2 days off. In a typical day, the Unit Manager arrives at the restaurant at 6:30am, is actively involved in making and serving food for several hours, handles daily and weekly management, administrative and related tasks and then leaves at 3:00 to 4:00pm, and returns later in the evening several times a week, but not daily.
• Unit Managers are in primary charge of and are accountable for the economic success of their assigned restaurant. With the exception of days off, when Unit Managers are not in the restaurants they may be contacted at any time if there is an issue at their restaurant. Due to the nature of the business, Unit Managers
are required to work all holidays and most weekends.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Managing Hourly Associates:
