Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for receiving, processing and verifying invoices related to accounts payable. Also responsible for filing and maintain good supporting documentation on all invoices/payments made by the Credit Union. They will also track purchase orders and process payments that come into the department. This position will also be responsible for correctly coding expense to the general ledger and make all payments in a timely manner as good stewards of the Credit Union’s funds. Protects Credit Union’s values by keeping information confidential. Work with different team members in the Credit Union in verifying expenses and obtaining the proper approvals per policy/procedures.

Summary of Duties
The position is responsible to the Director of Supportive Services for the successful operation of all CSP social service programs in the assigned county. These programs consist of, but are not limited to: LIHEAP, ABC Trust, Crisis Intervention, Weatherization, emergency food and shelter programs, mobile food pantries, information, referrals and follow-ups, and special programs. The position is responsible for assuring that established program and project objectives are meaningful and realistic in terms of the identified needs, as well as coordinating the operation of all subordinate elements involved in social services delivery.

Cashiers provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems. Meat Cutters are responsible for assisting with the managing of department inventory, in-stock levels, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operational processes to company standards. They must follow the company sales and production planning standards. They will assist in planning, ordering, preparing cutting lists, and processing meat according to the production tools and standards to maximize sales and gross profit. Meat Cutters will assist with the training of new department associates and will ensure correct cutting methods, ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
