POSITION SUMMARY: Employees in this class must have general knowledge and experience on the skill level of basic carpentry, mechanical, electrical, painting, HVAC, and plumbing. Work involves basic installation, repair, and maintenance of all the trades above. Prefer knowledge in basic carpentry which includes tasks such as hanging door frames/doors, hanging mudding, and finishing sheetrock, framing walls with either aluminum or wood studs, etc. Reports on installation and maintenance of general maintenance and systems are completed and maintained. The field includes but not limited to work orders that are received orally, electronically, and/or in writing and may be accompanied by penciled sketches or building plans. Employees proceed independently in carrying the work through to completion although a maintenance supervisor may check work while in process and completed jobs are tested for operation. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Current Driver's License
• High school diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or higher
• A minimum of (5) five years' experience in the professional maintenance technician skilled trade OR United States Military technical related certification of 4 + years of documented general maintenance training and experience
• Associates degree or Certificate from an accredited post-secondary college, or completion of an apprenticeship in the trade
• Considerable experience working under a master/journeyman

POSITION SUMMARY: The Custodian maintains all Tuscaloosa County properties by ensuring that routine housekeeping task are performed. The employee in this class performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks involving light labor in the cleaning and minor maintenance of public buildings and office complexes. Instructions from supervisors are specific in nature and work is subject to close inspection during progress or upon completion for attainment of established standards of cleanliness.

Employees may also perform manual labor, and duties frequently include responsibility for supervising employees assigned to trucks as loaders or helpers. Where equipment operation is less difficult or strenuous, there is added responsibility for performance of supervisory or related semiskilled tasks. Job Description

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. In addition, this candidate would be self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. A contracted licensed esthetician provides professional skincare services on a contract basis. This role involves offering personalized skincare treatments to clients, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and providing expert advice on skincare routines. As a contracted worker, the esthetician is typically responsible for managing their own schedule, working independently, and meeting performance expectations outlined by the contract agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
